Head of Business
Development – Africa

ThrillTech is in search of a Head of Business Development for Africa to own the regional sales & business development function. We are a young but well-funded iGaming startup developing innovative B2B solutions for various stakeholders in the value chain. As Head of Business Development Africa you will be part of the management of the company.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and own the sales pipeline for Africa.
  • Be the first point of contact for all regional product requests
  • Study market trends and create an effective business plan based on commercial opportunities.
  • Develop an understanding of customers’ needs and make sure they are met
  • Responsible for ensuring all business activities are in line with the organization’s objectives.
  • Work with the marketing & customer success team to create strategies that boost the company and product awareness in Africa.
  • Develop partnerships with key stakeholders aimed at accelerating the company’s growth.
  • Assist in the development of budgets and other financial systems within the company.
  • Create reports comparing actual sales versus budgeted sales.
Qualifications
  • Past experience in a senior commercial B2B role
  • Proven experience in sales and client relationship management
  • Solid network in the iGaming industry in Africa
  • Deep understanding of the iGaming value chain
  • Possess communication, relationship building, persuasiveness, negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Driven and hands-on individual
  • Fluent in English, any African language(s) a plus
